01 / The Company

Navo
Lab

I started Navo Lab in December 2025, at 18, with no funding and no connections. It is now a profitable AI-first growth agency doing about $10K a month in recurring revenue, with a team of five running marketing for HVAC and home-services companies in Florida and Minnesota. The bet behind it: the trades are the most underpriced market in marketing, and AI lets a tiny team out-ship agencies ten times its size. I closed every client myself.

02 / The Sound

Violin

I have played violin most of my life. In June 2026 I toured Australia and New Zealand with my orchestra, including a performance at the Sydney Opera House. The instrument is where I learned what building actually requires: repeating the same passage two hundred times, performing when it counts, and hearing the difference between almost right and right. I still play seriously, and I intend to keep it that way.

03 / The Experiment

Self-Taught
versus
Stanford

I skipped college to build companies, and this is the public experiment: I document what I build, earn, and learn each season, measured in the open against the four-year path I turned down. Real numbers, published as they happen. College might have been the right call. That is exactly why it's worth measuring.

Writing

Essays from inside a real company run by a teenager: the sales calls, the pricing mistakes, what clients actually pay for, and the running ledger of the whole experiment. New posts on Substack most weeks.
